Experience: 2–3 Years

Education: Graduate / MBA – Fashion Merchandising, Retail, Marketing or related field

Salary: ₹35,000–₹40,000 per month

Preferred: Value Retail / Fashion Retail Experience

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in product selection, assortment & merchandise planning
- Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for product development and follow-ups
- Track sales, stock, sell-through & inventory performance
- Support pricing, markdowns planning
- Prepare MIS, reports & Excel-based analysis
- Coordinate with Buying, Design, Sourcing, Quality & Stores teams
- Monitor market trends, competitors & customer preferences

Excel Proficiency is Mandatory – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, MIS & Data Analysis
