Role & responsibilities

- Material Planning - Monthly as well as continuous

- Procurement from Indian and International suppliers

- Finding recent suppliers and onboarding them

- Monitoring the supply on daily basis; high degree of coordination for various productions happening in house or at partners end

- Negotiations with suppliers to match the target pricing

- Releasing Purchase orders and tracking them for timely delivery

- Ensuring quality of materials

- Work closely with Production Planning team for timely planning and ordering

- Ensure right product at right time & right price

Preferred candidate profile

- Knowledge of production processes and quality control

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of employees

- Strong mathematical, problem-solving & analytical skills

- Excellent documentation, reporting and communication skill
