About the Role We are looking for a passionate, analytical, and eager-to-learn Digital Marketing & SEO Fresher to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will work closely with senior marketers to execute day-to-day search engine optimization (SEO) and digital campaigns. This position is ideal for recent graduates looking to build a concrete career in performance-driven digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

- Conduct basic keyword research and competitor analysis using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Assist with on-page optimization, including title tags, meta descriptions, header tags, and image alt text.
- Support off-page SEO activities, including ethical link building and directory submissions.
- Perform periodic SEO audits to identify broken links, crawl errors, and site speed bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with content writers to ensure blogs and web copy are optimized for target keywords.

Content & Social Media Support

- Help draft engaging, SEO-friendly content for blog posts, website updates,



and social media captions.
- Assist in managing local SEO through Google Business Profile optimization and review monitoring.

Analytics & Reporting

- Track and report website traffic, rankings, and key metrics using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports under the guidance of the SEO Lead.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelors degree in any stream (Marketing, Mass Communication, Computer Science, or Commerce preferred).
- Certification: Certification or diploma in Digital Marketing / SEO from a recognized institute is a strong plus.
- Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress.
- Working knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and basic SEO tools.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset to interpret basic data trends.
