We are looking for a Junior Customer Experience Executive who enjoys interacting with people and has a genuine interest in motorcycles.
Once a motorcycle has been inspected, you will become one of the main points of contact between the customer and the workshop. Your job is to make sure customers understand what their motorcycle needs, approvals are obtained quickly, and customers receive clear and timely updates until the job is completed.
You do not need to be a mechanic. You do need to be curious, organised, comfortable speaking with customers and willing to learn how motorcycles and workshop operations work.
What You'll Do
- Communicate with customers after motorcycle inspection and throughout the repair process.
- Explain inspection findings, recommended work and estimates in clear, simple language.
- Follow up for customer approvals before additional work begins.
- Share relevant photos and videos of issues and work in progress.
- Provide regular updates on job status, delays and expected completion.
- Respond professionally to customer calls and WhatsApp messages.
- Coordinate with technicians and the workshop team to provide accurate information.
- Record customer approvals, conversations and commitments in the workshop system.
- Actively follow up on pending approvals so jobs do not remain unnecessarily delayed.
- Ensure customer concerns are addressed before the motorcycle is delivered.
What We're Looking For
- 02 years of experience in customer service, automotive service, hospitality, retail or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills.
- Comfortable communicating with customers over phone and WhatsApp.
- Strong follow-up and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Confidence dealing professionally with demanding or impatient customers.
- Comfortable using computers, smartphones and business software.
- A genuine interest in motorcycles and willingness to learn.
Freshers with strong communication skills and good motorcycle knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Good to Have
Experience in a motorcycle workshop, automotive dealership or service centre is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of motorcycle maintenance, service schedules, parts or mechanical systems is useful but not mandatory.
Personal experience riding, maintaining or working on motorcycles is also a plus.
What Success Looks Like
- Customers receive clear and timely updates.
- Estimates and approvals are followed up without delay.
- Customers understand what work is being recommended and why.
- Workshop jobs do not remain stalled because of missed communication.
- Customer approvals and conversations are properly documented.
- Commitments made to customers are tracked and followed through.
- Customers feel informed and confident about leaving their motorcycle with Moto40.
The Person We're Looking For You should be someone who communicates clearly, follows up consistently and takes ownership.
If a customer approval is pending, you follow up. If a job is delayed, you make sure the customer knows. If you do not understand what a technician is explaining, you ask until you can communicate it clearly to the customer.
Most importantly, you understand that good workshop service is not only about repairing the motorcycle — it is also about keeping the customer informed and earning their trust.
Why Join Moto40?
You'll work around compelling motorcycles across multiple brands, learn directly from experienced technicians and develop practical knowledge of motorcycle service and repair.
As Moto40 grows, there will be opportunities to develop into larger roles across customer experience, service advisory and workshop operations.Role & responsibilities.
