Role and Responsibilities
- Company Interaction: understand Company needs, prepare layouts accordingly, and maintain detailed records.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with consultants, vendors, internal teams, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution from concept through construction.
- Site Involvement: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure design quality.
- Meetings & Reporting:
- Participate in in office meetings and consultant discussions.
- Support liaison efforts and provide regular project status reports and meeting minutes.
- Conducting Design Review Meetings.
