ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creatively driven Junior Architect to join our growing design team in Delhi.

This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of professional experience who is eager to gain hands-on exposure across architectural planning, drafting, 3D visualization, and project coordination.

The ideal candidate should have strong AutoCAD proficiency along with practical working knowledge of at least one 3D design and visualization software. The candidate will work closely with senior architects and project teams on residential, commercial, and design-led projects, contributing across multiple stages of design development and execution.

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity offering real project exposure, practical learning, mentorship, and long-term professional growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist in architectural planning, conceptual design development, and project execution.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, working drawings, and technical documentation using AutoCAD.
- Develop 3D models, renders, and presentation visuals using relevant design software.
- Support senior architects in design coordination, material discussions, and project detailing.
- Conduct site visits, measurements, and site documentation as required.
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project communication.
- Revise drawings and layouts based on project requirements, client inputs, site conditions, and internal reviews.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining working drawings, construction drawings, and project documentation.
- Maintain organised project files, drawing revisions, and design records.




- Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
- Support the senior team in resolving basic design and execution-related issues.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognised institution.
- 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in Architecture, Architectural Design, or Interior Design projects.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Hands-on experience with at least one 3D design/visualization software such as SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Rhino, or similar.
- Good understanding of architectural drafting, space planning, and design fundamentals.
- Basic understanding of working drawings, construction documentation, and site execution.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drawings and documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, on-site environment.
- Eagerness to learn, take ownership of assigned tasks, and grow within a professional design setting.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
- 1–3 years of relevant professional experience.
- B.Arch qualification is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Working knowledge of at least one 3D visualization/design software.
- Practical exposure to architectural drafting and working drawings.
- Comfortable with site visits and on-site coordination.
- Portfolio is mandatory.

NICE TO HAVE
- Exposure to luxury residential, commercial, or high-end interior projects.
- Basic understanding of site coordination and construction documentation.




- Exposure to GFC drawings and technical detailing.
- Familiarity with design presentation workflows and client-facing documentation.
- Strong visualization and presentation skills.
- Experience with rendering workflows and architectural presentations.
