Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect role based in Mumbai.

The Junior

Architect will support senior team members in developing architectural concepts, interior layouts, and detailed drawings for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. Daily responsibilities include preparing 2D/3D drawings, assisting with material selection, coordinating with consultants, and contributing to design presentations. The role also involves participating in site visits, documenting project progress, and ensuring that design intent is maintained during execution.

The Junior

Architect will be expected to collaborate closely with the design team, follow project timelines, and maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and preparation of detailed drawings.
- Candidates should possess practical Project Management-related skills, such as task coordination, basic scheduling, and documentation to support timely project delivery.
- Candidates should possess relevant Software Development and Integration exposure only as it applies to using and integrating design software tools (e.g., CAD, 3D modeling, BIM) within the studio’s workflows.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar), and strong visualization and drafting abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution and eligibility for skilled registration as per local regulations (or in progress).
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow design guidelines, and willingness to learn from senior designers and consultants.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site in Mumbai and contribute positively in a team-based environment.
- Familiarity with interior design principles, materials, and site coordination will be considered an advantage.
