Job Title: Junior Architect

Experience Required: 0-3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

· Project Detail Start to End (A to Z).

· Understand the project requirement from Team leader (such as area, size, etc.).

· Assisting in preparing Conceptual drawings.

· Preparing presentation drawings and statement.

· Co-ordination, with various consultation on board.

· Working drawings, co-ordination the MEP and structural drawings.

· Elevation details and colour codes of paint.

· Detail of interior and finishing work.





· Attending the review meeting of client and consultant.

· Making minutes of meeting and maintaining the records and correspondences.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field (B.Arch or equivalent).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, D5, Photoshop, and rendering software .
- Strong attention to detail, visualization ability, and problem-solving skills .
- Understanding of construction technologies, materials, and industry regulations .
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects under deadlines with creativity and precision.
- Preference for candidates based in Navi Mumbai or Mumbai.
