Phadke Technologies designs and manufactures high-quality electrodes for electrochemical research / industrial / analytical / academic applications. We are looking for a motivated Chemistry graduate who enjoys hands-on lab work and also likes working with customers to help them get the most out of our products.

Role Overview

This is a hybrid technical and customer-facing role. You will be involved in the fabrication and quality testing of a range of electrodes, while also supporting our sales efforts by giving product demonstrations, answering technical questions, and building relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

Fabrication and Quality Control

- Fabricate, assemble, and finish different types of electrodes (e.g., working, reference, and counter electrodes) according to standard procedures.
- Perform quality checks and basic electrochemical testing to make sure products meet specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of production batches, test results, and inventory of materials.
- Follow laboratory safety guidelines and help improve fabrication processes.

Sales and Business Development

- Identify and approach potential customers such as research labs, universities, and industries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and help close sales.
- Maintain customer records and report on sales activities.

Product Demonstrations and Customer Support

- Conduct online and in-person product demonstrations for customers.




- Respond to customer queries via email, phone, chat, and video calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide technical guidance on electrode selection, usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Gather customer feedback and share it with the team to improve products.

Qualifications

- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry (candidates with a background in Electrochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or Materials Science are preferred).
- Understanding of basic electrochemical concepts and laboratory techniques.
- Prior experience in sales, technical support, or customer handling is an advantage, but freshers with a robust interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
