**Junior Accountant

Position: Junior Accountant

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and follow up on outstanding customer payments.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP), including vendor invoice verification and payment processing.
- Coordinate with clients for payment collections and regular follow-ups.
- Prepare and reconcile customer and vendor statements.
- Record daily accounting transactions accurately in the accounting system.
- Process invoices, credit notes, and payment entries.
- Assist with bank reconciliation and cash-flow monitoring.
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding billing and payment-related queries.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.




- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. B.Com/M.Com preferred.
- 0–2 years of accounting experience. Freshers with robust accounting knowledge may also apply.
- Good understanding of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Basic knowledge of GST and TDS is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Odoo, Tally, or similar ERP.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
