Job Title: Junior Accountant

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Jyoti Punj Hospital is a dedicated Mother & Childcare Hospital in Patna, committed to providing quality healthcare services. We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to join our finance and accounts team.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily financial transactions and accounting records.
- Handle cash book, ledger entries, journal entries, and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment records.
- Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable management.
- Verify bills and expenses and ensure proper documentation.
- Maintain records of hospital collections, payments, and expenses.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.
- Support monthly financial reporting and account closing activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments for financial records and verification.




- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Working knowledge of Tally or other accounting software.
- Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Honest, disciplined, and capable of meeting deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with prior experience in hospital accounting will be preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple accounting tasks efficiently.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also apply.
