Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and assist with reconciliations, invoicing, and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP.
- Record purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Assist with monthly closing and preparation of MIS reports.
- Track outstanding payments and receivables.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding accounts-related matters.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Assist senior accountants/finance managers during audits.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of Tally / ERP / MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.




- Good knowledge of debit/credit and journal entries.
- Bank and ledger reconciliation.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.

Education B.Com / M.Com / equivalent qualification preferred.
