Job Summary

ToolTek Systems is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting activities. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, familiarity with MS Excel, and a willingness to learn accounting operations in a manufacturing environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Record daily financial transactions and accounting entries.
- Assist with purchase and sales invoices, bills, receipts, and payment entries.
- Maintain vouchers, ledgers, and accounting documents.
- Assist in tracking vendor payments and customer receipts.
- Verify purchase bills and supporting documents.
- Maintain records of factory expenses and petty cash, as required.
- Assist with bank reconciliation and account verification.




- Support GST and TDS documentation under the guidance of the accounts team.
- Update accounting data in Tally or other accounting software.
- Maintain proper filing of financial records and assist with monthly reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments for bills, invoices, and expense details.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Familiarity with Tally or other accounting software is preferred.
- Basic understanding of GST, invoicing, and bookkeeping.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Candidate Profile
- Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience.
- Commerce or finance graduates preferred.
- Candidates interested in developing their accounting skills in a manufacturing/engineering company.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
