Salary: Up to ₹25,000/month

Shifts: Morning: 9 AM – 7 PM | Afternoon: 2 PM – 12 AM

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, proactive, and social-media-savvy individual to help manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate understands social media trends, enjoys creating and coordinating content, and is comfortable taking ownership of day-to-day social media activities for both our company and our clients.

What You'll Do

- Manage and maintain social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan, schedule, publish, and coordinate social media content.
- Create and maintain content calendars and ensure timely posting.
- Stay updated with social media trends, formats, hashtags, and trending content.
- Coordinate with the content, design, and video teams to get posts, reels, and other content ready for publishing.
- Write engaging captions, post copy, and basic social media content.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement when required.
- Track basic social media performance, including reach, engagement, views, and growth.




- Be willing to appear on camera or handle a camera/phone for content shoots when required.
- Assist with social media content for both our company and our clients.
- Support other day-to-day social media and digital marketing activities as required.

What We're Looking For
- Good understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and current trends.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- A creative mindset with an eye for engaging and platform-friendly content.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple social media accounts.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and insights.
- Comfortable being on camera or assisting with content shoots when required.
- Prior experience in social media management or content creation is preferred.
