Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior SEO Executive to join our growth marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for improving our website’s organic visibility, optimizing landing pages, driving targeted local traffic across Chennai, and attracting potential clients seeking home interior, modular kitchen, and commercial design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Keyword & Topic Research: Identify high-intent keywords related to interior design, residential interiors, modular kitchens, luxury decor, and architectural trends.
- On-Page Optimization: Optimize title tags, meta descriptions, header tags ($H_1, H_2, H_3$), image alt text, and internal linking structures for project showcase pages and blog posts.
- Local SEO Management: Maintain and optimize our Google Business Profile (GBP) to improve local map rankings in Chennai; manage local citations, reviews, and geo-targeted landing pages.
- Content Collaboration: Work closely with our copywriters and design team to ensure blog articles, design guides,



and client portfolio descriptions are optimized for both search engines and user intent.
- Technical SEO Audits: Assist in conducting routine site audits using tools like Google Search Console and Ahrefs to identify broken links, crawl errors, site speed issues, and mobile responsiveness gaps.
- Off-Page SEO & Link Building: Support outreach efforts to secure backlinks from reputable interior design, lifestyle, real estate, and local Chennai blogs/directories.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor daily/weekly organic traffic, keyword rankings, bounce rates, and lead form submissions using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console; generate periodic performance reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Computer Science, Mass Communication, English, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Prior experience or strong interest in Interior Design, Real Estate, Architecture, or E-Commerce is a major plus.
- SEO Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, or Screaming Frog.
- CMS Knowledge: Hands-on experience working with WordPress or similar CMS platforms to manage and format on-page SEO elements.
- Local SEO Expertise: Strong understanding of Google Maps/GBP optimization, local citations, and geo-targeted content strategy.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to read data metrics and turn analytics insights into actionable SEO strategies.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 per year
