- Designing plumbing layouts, including water supply, drainage, pumping system.
- Candidate should have sound knowledge for all the Plumbing related works for residential, Infra & Plotted Development.
- The candidate should be able to Estimate and scope Plumbing trades during pre-construction.
- Directing plumbers and other staff, scheduling work, and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Inspecting plumbing installations and repairs to ensure they meet quality standards and comply with relevant codes and regulations.
- Ordering and managing plumbing materials and inventory, ensuring productive resource utilization.
- Communicating effectively with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project success.
- In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and safety regulations
- Maintaining accurate project records, schedules, and reports.
