Position Summary

Responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of enterprise‑grade automation solutions using Power Apps and Automation Anywhere (A360 / v11). Works closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross‑functional teams to translate complex requirements into scalable applications and automated workflows. Provides technical leadership, drives best practices, and ensures successful implementation across the full solution lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Power Apps (Canvas/Model Driven) and Automation Anywhere (A360/v11).

- Build end to end automation involving web/desktop apps, SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL databases, APIs, OCR, PDF extraction, and email processing.
- Lead requirement analysis, feasibility assessments, technical design, and documentation (PDD/SDD).
- Perform unit testing, guide UAT, troubleshoot issues, and oversee deployment across environments.
- Collaborate with SMEs, architects, and cross functional teams to optimize processes and improve automation maturity.




- Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to coding standards, governance, and security guidelines.

Education

- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field.

Experience

- 4 to 6 years of relevant hands-on experience in Power Apps & RPA.

Knowledge and skills (general and technical)

Primary Skills

- Power Platform: Power Apps (Canvas, Model Driven), Power Automate, Dataverse
- RPA: Automation Anywhere A360 & v11
- Scripting: Power Fx, JavaScript (basic to intermediate), Python/Java (nice to have)
- Databases: SQL (MS SQL Server / Oracle), data modeling, stored procedures
- Integrations: REST APIs, JSON, connectors, SharePoint integration
- Tools: Git/SVN, Azure DevOps, AA Control Room
- Platforms: SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 ecosystem

Nice-to-Have Skills

- UiPath or Power Automate Desktop
- AI assisted automation, OCR tools (IQ Bot/Document Understanding)
- Azure Functions or Logic Apps
- Experience with COE Starter Kit or Power Platform governance
