Computer Skills : MS Excel (Advanced – cost sheets, formulas, analysis), AutoCAD

Salary : Rs. 20,000/- to Rs. 25,000/- per month

Location : Noida

Reporting To : Director

Role And Responsibilities

-  Prepare cost estimation of Project.
-  Costing of individual furniture product.
-  Identify and quantify all cost involved in the projects, such as production time, materials, and labor.
-  Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.




-  Collaborate with engineers, architects, clients, and contractors to formulate estimate.
-  Calculate, analyze and adjust estimates.
-  Work with sales teams to prepare estimates.
-  Consult with personnel in other departments or construction foremen to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.

Key Skills
-  Advanced knowledge of construction and engineering processes.
-  Diligent at calculations / mathematics.
-  Advanced analytical skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
