About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will assist with day-to-day financial operations, bookkeeping, and general ledger maintenance to ensure financial records remain accurate and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities

- Bookkeeping &
- Data Entry:

Maintain accurate daily accounting entries, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).

- Ledger Reconciliation: Perform routine bank, vendor, and customer account reconciliations.

- Tax &

- Compliance Assistance:

Support the preparation and filing of monthly or quarterly indirect/direct tax returns (such as GST and TDS filings).

- Invoicing &

- Payments:

Process vendor invoices, handle employee expense claims, and generate customer invoices.

- Audit Support:



Assist senior accountants and auditors by organizing financial documents and generating trial balances and ledger reports.

Qualifications &

- Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.

- Experience: 0–2 years of relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience (freshers with strong academic credentials and foundational knowledge are welcome to apply).

- Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally Prime, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books).

- Soft Skills: Strong numerical aptitude, high attention to detail, and valuable verbal/written communication skills.

Pay: ₹17,499.00 per month
