We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our Accounts Team. This position is ideal for fresh graduates who have a basic understanding of accounting concepts and are willing to learn practical accounting operations.
Eligibility
- Freshers / recently passed-out candidates.
- B.Com, BAF, or other relevant accounting/commerce degree.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and terminology.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Willingness to learn Zoho Books and day-to-day accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Pass and record bills/invoices in Zoho Books.
- Prepare and record vouchers.
- Pass journal entries and maintain accounting records.
- Assist with day-to-day accounting operations.
- Maintain and organize accounting documents and records.
- Assist the senior accounts team with routine accounting activities.
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of financial transactions.
- Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned.
Skills Required
- Basic understanding of Debit & Credit.
- Knowledge of Journal Entries and Vouchers.
- Understanding of basic accounting terminology.
- Basic Excel skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
