As a Medical LAB Technician, you will play an essential role in supporting laboratory operations and ensuring accurate results for patient care.

Key Responsibilities

- Sample Collection and Preparation: Collect biological samples accurately and prepare them for testing, ensuring proper labeling and handling.

- Conducting Tests: Perform various laboratory tests following standard protocols to diagnose and monitor patient conditions.

- Equipment Maintenance: Regularly maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.

- Data Recording and Analysis: Record test results meticulously and analyze data to contribute to patient diagnostics and treatment plans.

- Quality Control: Implement and follow quality control procedures to uphold laboratory standards and ensure patient safety.

- Compliance and Safety:

Required Skills And Expectations

- A degree in M.D.S., M.Pharma is essential.

- Strong attention to detail, ensuring precise measurement and accurate results.

- Excellent analytical skills to interpret test data and communicate findings effectively.

- Good communication skills for interaction with team members and other healthcare professionals.

- Ability to work efficiently in a team as well as independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Basic computer skills for data entry and report generation.
