We are currently hiring for a Senior Internet of Things Engineer for a leading organization. This is a senior R&D; position involving end-to-end IoT solution development, embedded systems, edge computing, hardware integration and technical leadership.

Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics / Electronics & Communication is mandatory

Role Overview The Senior IoT Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining end-to-end IoT solutions, including device firmware, edge applications and cloud integration. The role will involve system architecture, embedded software development, sensor and communication-module integration, field troubleshooting, performance optimization and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and architect end-to-end IoT solutions, including connected devices, edge applications and cloud integration.
- Develop software and firmware for embedded platforms and single-board computers.
- Work hands-on with Raspberry Pi and other single-board computers, including hardware interfacing, OS configuration and edge application deployment.
- Integrate sensors, communication modules and other hardware components into production-ready systems.
- Develop and maintain embedded applications using C/C++, Python or similar programming languages.
- Work with communication protocols and IoT technologies such as MQTT, REST APIs and device-management platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, firmware, connectivity and field-level issues.
- Optimize IoT solutions for performance,



reliability, scalability and maintainability.
- Work with cloud platforms and IoT frameworks for connected-device deployments.
- Apply appropriate security, encryption and data-protection practices.

Required Skills
- 15+ years of experience in IoT, Embedded Systems, Connected Devices or related R&D; areas.
- Strong hands-on experience in IoT solution architecture and end-to-end product development.
- Robust programming experience in C/C++ and/or Python.
- Hands-on experience with Raspberry Pi / Single Board Computers.
- Experience with sensors, hardware interfacing and communication modules.
- Strong understanding of MQTT, REST APIs and IoT communication protocols.
- Experience with cloud platforms and IoT frameworks.
- Understanding of device security, encryption and secure communication.
- Strong experience in hardware/software integration and troubleshooting.
- Experience in technical leadership, mentoring and design/code reviews.
- B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics or Electronics & Communication is mandatory.

Preferred Experience Experience in automotive telematics, embedded systems, connected vehicles, edge computing or large-scale IoT deployments will be an added advantage.
