Position: International Patient Coordinator / Medical Tourism Executive

Role Summary

We are looking for a professional and patient-focused International Patient Coordinator to manage international patient enquiries and leads, coordinate medical cases with hospitals and doctors, and support patients throughout their treatment journey.

The role will involve managing patient communication, coordinating consultations and hospital appointments, ensuring timely follow-ups, and contributing to patient conversion and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle international patient enquiries through WhatsApp, phone, email, and digital channels.
- Understand patient requirements and collect relevant medical reports and documentation.
- Coordinate medical case evaluations with doctors and hospitals.
- Arrange online consultations, treatment quotations, hospital appointments, admissions, and follow-ups.
- Manage patients from the initial enquiry through consultation, admission, treatment, and discharge.
- Maintain regular communication with patients and ensure a smooth and professional patient experience.
- Coordinate with visa, travel, accommodation, airport transfer, and other support teams whenever required.
- Maintain accurate records of patient enquiries, leads, consultations, admissions, and conversions in CRM/Excel.
- Follow up consistently with prospective patients to improve conversion rates.
- Coordinate with international referral partners and agents.
- Handle patient concerns and queries professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate internally with hospitals,



doctors, operations, and other relevant teams.
- Achieve assigned patient conversion and revenue targets.

Required Profile
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in:
- Medical Tourism
- International Patient Services
- Hospital IPD
- Healthcare Coordination
- Patient Relationship Management
- International Healthcare Services
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology.
- Ability to understand, organize, and maintain patient medical documentation.
- Good working knowledge of WhatsApp, Email, MS Excel, and CRM tools.
- Strong customer-service and patient-handling skills.
- Target-oriented, organized, professional, and proactive approach.
- Ability to coordinate multiple patient cases simultaneously.

Additional Language Skills Knowledge of any of the following languages will be an advantage:

Russian | Arabic | French | Nepali

This is a medical tourism facilitation and patient coordination role.

The candidate will not provide medical diagnosis, medical advice, or treatment recommendations. All clinical decisions, diagnosis, treatment plans, and medical recommendations will remain solely with the treating doctors and hospitals.
