We are looking for an experienced Job Controller to coordinate workshop activities and ensure timely completion of vehicle service and repair jobs.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor vehicle jobs from job opening to completion.

- Coordinate job allocation among technicians.

- Track progress of ongoing repair and service jobs.

- Monitor pending and delayed jobs.

- Coordinate between Service Advisors, technicians and workshop teams.

- Ensure jobs are completed within the committed timeline.

- Follow up on parts, technical requirements and pending work.

- Monitor job cards and repair orders.

- Coordinate final inspection and vehicle delivery readiness.

- Maintain proper communication regarding workshop job status.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in automobile workshop operations.

- Experience as Job Controller / Workshop Controller / Service Controller preferred.

- Good understanding of job cards and workshop processes.

- Solid coordination and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple vehicle jobs simultaneously.

- Passenger vehicle dealership/workshop experience preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
