Jewellery Consultant

Responsibilities

- Greet every walk-in, understand the occasion and budget, and guide them to the right pieces

- Present and explain designs, gold karat, diamond grading, certification and pricing

- Close the sale, handle exchange and gold-exchange queries, and raise the bill

- Capture customer details for CRM and follow up on enquiries that did not close the same day

- Manage their assigned counters: display, cleaning, tagging, and daily stock count

- Handle try-on, sizing, custom order booking and delivery follow-up

- Meet an individual monthly sales target set by the Store Manager

Must have

- Fluent Tamil and working English

- Comfortable standing and talking to customers for a full shift

- Honest and process-disciplined; this role handles high-value stock daily

- 12th pass or any degree, both acceptable

Good to have

- 1 to 3 years of showroom or counter sales. Jewellery, sarees, apparel, watches, eyewear or mobiles all count.

- Existing jewellery product knowledge

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
