About Balloura Balloura is a contemporary jewellery brand built around distinctive design, craftsmanship, and a strong in-house creative vision.

We are looking for a Jewellery Designer / CAD Designer to join our growing team and work closely with our design and product development functions. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong eye for detail, understands jewellery construction, and enjoys turning creative ideas into technically accurate, production-ready designs.

What You'll Do

- Develop and translate jewellery concepts into detailed 3D CAD designs.
- Create jewellery models and technical designs using Rhino 5 and/or Matrix.
- Work closely with the design team to develop new collections and individual jewellery pieces.
- Understand jewellery proportions, dimensions, setting requirements, stone placement, and manufacturing feasibility.
- Modify and refine designs based on creative and production feedback.
- Prepare accurate CAD files suitable for prototyping and manufacturing.
- Collaborate with vendors, craftsmen, and internal teams throughout the product development process.
- Maintain a high level of precision and attention to detail across all designs.
- Contribute creatively to the development of Balloura's evolving design language.





What We're Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in jewellery design / CAD design.
- Strong proficiency in Rhino 5 and/or Matrix.
- Good understanding of jewellery design, construction, and manufacturing processes.
- Strong sense of proportion, aesthetics, and attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret sketches, references, and design concepts and convert them into accurate 3D models.
- Creative mindset with an interest in contemporary and luxury jewellery.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a rapid-moving creative team.
- A portfolio showcasing jewellery CAD work is highly preferred.

Compensation ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience, skill level, and portfolio.
