About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Java Developer with 8 years of experience to join our development team. You will lead technical design, mentor team members, and drive delivery of scalable Java-based SaaS applications. You'll work closely with product, QA, and cross-functional teams to build robust, high-performance solutions.

What You'll Own

Technical Leadership & Architecture

- Lead the design and architecture of complex Java-based applications.
- Define technical direction, establish coding standards, and guide the team on best practices.
- Work on architecture design keeping scalability, user-friendliness, and security in mind.

Development & Delivery

- Develop, test, and maintain scalable applications using Core Java, Java 8/11/17, J2EE, Spring frameworks, Hibernate, and REST APIs.
- Manage day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple projects.




- Develop comprehensive project plans merging customer requirements with company goals.

Team Mentorship & Management

- Train and guide team members to complete procedures and reach goals.
- Review work of other developers and provide constructive feedback.
- Act as a single point of contact between the team and management.
- Resolve technical challenges and mentor junior developers.

Quality & Process Excellence

- Conduct unit testing manually or using automated frameworks.
- Identify risk and conduct mitigation action planning.
- Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.
- Monitor project progress and provide detailed scheduled reports on milestones and deliverables.

Stakeholder Collaboration

- Coordinate with product managers, QA, and technical personnel during all project phases.
- Interface with clients for requirement elicitation and analysis.
- Manage changes in project scope and devise contingency plans.

What We're Looking For

- 8 years of experience in Java development with strong expertise in Core Java, Java 8/11/17, and J2EE.
- Expert in Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, REST API development, and Microservices architecture.
- Strong experience with MySQL, Redis, and SQL/PLSQL querying and optimization.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and front-end frameworks (Vue.js, Angular is a plus).
- Experience with Struts framework.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability in requirement elicitation, analysis, and project estimation.
- Experience in Scrum/Agile methodology.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Experience leading and mentoring development teams.
- Comfortable with build and deployment processes (WAR, Maven/Gradle).
- Experience integrating with third-party applications and APIs.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
