We are looking for an experienced Java professional with 12+ years of strong commercial experience in Java development, software architecture, DevOps, and advanced algorithm implementation.

The candidate should have robust technical and mathematical skills, with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders, understand complex requirements, and translate them into effective mathematical and software models.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop RESTful Web Services and backend solutions.
- Implement and optimize advanced algorithms.
- Analyze algorithm efficiency using computational complexity and Big-O notation.
- Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and develop mathematical models.
- Contribute to software architecture, system design, and continuous technical improvement.
- Develop and maintain automated build and deployment processes.
- Work with Git, Maven, Jenkins, and DevOps practices.
- Follow Agile development methodologies.
- Identify opportunities to improve application performance, algorithms, architecture, and build systems.
- Communicate technical concepts and solutions effectively to technical and business stakeholders.

Required Skills
- 12+ years of experience in Java development.




- Strong knowledge of Java / Java 25.
- Strong experience with Spring Boot and RESTful Web Services.
- Good understanding of Microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Git, Maven, and Jenkins.
- Strong DevOps and CI/CD knowledge.
- Strong Data Structures and Algorithms knowledge.
- Experience in advanced algorithm implementation and optimization.
- Good understanding of Computational Complexity Theory and Big-O notation.
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and numerical skills.
- Experience with software architecture and system design.
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in mathematical modeling and optimization algorithms.
- Quantitative degree / strong mathematical or analytical academic background.
- Experience working with complex optimization problems.
- Oil & Gas domain experience is preferred.
