About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with robust experience in Java backend development, AWS, DevOps, automation, and AI-based engineering tools.

This role involves both Backend Development and DevOps Automation. You will build scalable backend applications, improve CI/CD processes, automate manual activities, and help modernize cloud platforms.

The ideal candidate should enjoy solving technical problems, automating repetitive work, and working with modern cloud and AI technologies.

What You'll Do

- Develop backend applications and REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Develop unit tests and integration tests and ensure good code quality.
- Design and support scalable and secure applications on AWS.
- Work on AWS cloud services, networking, security, and infrastructure.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and Git.
- Automate manual processes using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar scripting languages.
- Work with Kubernetes and OpenShift.
- Support platform modernization and migration projects.
- Work on Infrastructure as Code and platform engineering.
- Develop monitoring and observability solutions using Splunk.




- Identify opportunities for automation, cost reduction, and operational improvements.
- Explore and implement AI-assisted development, AI agents, LLM tools, and automation frameworks.
- Work closely with developers, architects, and DevOps teams.
- Follow engineering best practices and promote an automation-first approach.

Must-Have Skills
- 8+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong Java and Spring Boot experience.
- Strong understanding of software design, design patterns, testing, and code quality.
- Experience with system architecture and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native applications.
- Positive knowledge of AWS networking, security, and infrastructure services.
- Experience with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and Git.
- Strong scripting/automation experience using Python, PowerShell, Bash, etc.
- Experience with Kubernetes and OpenShift.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and Platform Engineering.
- Experience with Splunk / observability / monitoring.
- Exposure to AI-assisted development, AI agents, LLM-based tools, or AI automation.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong interest in automation and reducing manual processes.
