Position Overview

Dr. Aravind’s IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Center is seeking a qualified IVF Specialist / Gynecologist for our Konanakunte location. The role involves clinical consultation, patient assessment, fertility-care coordination, and ongoing support for patients undergoing gynecological or fertility-related treatment.

Candidates with 2 years of hospital experience and a patient-focused approach are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct consultations for patients with gynecological and fertility-related concerns.
- Review medical history, reports, investigations, and previous treatment information.
- Assess patients and recommend appropriate clinical management within qualified scope.
- Explain fertility evaluation and treatment plans to couples in a clear and understandable manner.
- Provide appropriate counselling and address patient queries regarding their treatment journey.
- Coordinate with nursing, laboratory, embryology, and other clinical teams.
- Monitor patient progress and provide suitable follow-up guidance.




- Maintain complete and accurate clinical records.
- Assist with relevant fertility procedures according to qualifications and clinical experience.
- Follow hospital protocols related to patient safety, infection prevention, and clinical documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality and qualified standards while interacting with patients and colleagues.

Candidate Requirements
- MBBS with MD/MS/DNB in Obstetrics & Gynecology or an appropriate recognized postgraduate qualification.
- IVF, infertility, or reproductive-health experience will be an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of hospital / clinical experience.
- Strong patient communication and counselling skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Good clinical documentation and decision-making skills.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
