Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate, confident, and patient-focused IVF Counselor to join our fertility/IVF center. The candidate will be responsible for counseling patients and couples regarding IVF and fertility treatment procedures, explaining treatment plans, coordinating with doctors and the clinical team, and supporting patients throughout their fertility journey.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and counseling skills, a professional personality, and preferably prior experience in an IVF, fertility, gynecology, hospital, or healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel patients and couples regarding IVF, IUI and other fertility treatment options.
- Explain treatment procedures, timelines, medications, investigations, and expected outcomes in simple language.
- Understand patient requirements, concerns, expectations, and treatment history.
- Coordinate with IVF specialists, gynecologists, embryologists, nurses, and other clinical staff.
- Explain treatment packages, procedures, and associated costs to patients.
- Follow up with patients regarding consultations, investigations, treatment cycles, and appointments.
- Maintain regular communication with patients throughout the treatment process.
- Address patient queries and concerns professionally and empathetically.




- Build trust and maintain robust relationships with patients and their families.
- Support patient conversion and treatment continuation through ethical counseling.
- Maintain accurate patient records, counseling details, follow-up status, and communication history.
- Coordinate appointments and ensure smooth patient movement through the treatment process.
- Follow up with prospective patients/leads generated through calls, inquiries, digital platforms, and referrals.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive patient information.
- Coordinate with the front office and management team for smooth day-to-day operations.
- Achieve assigned counseling, follow-up, and patient conversion targets, wherever applicable.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
