Job Title: IT Trainer

Job Summary

We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced IT Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions on various IT topics. The candidate will be responsible for developing course materials, conducting training programs, and helping employees or students improve their technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver training sessions on IT concepts such as basic computing, software applications, networking, or programming
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and assignments
- Assess trainees’ performance and provide feedback
- Update training content based on latest technologies and trends
- Provide hands-on practical sessions
- Support trainees in resolving technical doubts
- Maintain training records and reports

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of IT fundamentals (MS Office, Networking, OS, etc.)




- Positive communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Basic knowledge of programming (optional but preferred)
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Certification in relevant technologies is a plus

Preferred Skills (Optional)

- Experience with training tools or LMS platforms
- Knowledge of languages like Python, Java, or SQL
- Prior teaching or training experience
