? ieltsiq.ai | iQ Future Private Limited ieltsiq.ai is looking for an IT & Systems Administrator to take responsibility for our internal technology infrastructure, employee systems, software access, devices, security, and day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and maintain Zoho CRM, Keka HRMS, Google Workspace and other company software
- Create, modify and deactivate employee accounts and system access
- Manage role-based permissions across departments
- Set up and maintain employee laptops, desktops, printers and office IT equipment
- Manage office Wi-Fi, networking and internet infrastructure
- Maintain software licences, subscriptions and renewal records
- Implement password, 2FA, device and access-security practices
- Handle IT onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Maintain an accurate IT asset register
- Troubleshoot employee hardware, software and system issues
- Coordinate with software, hardware and IT service vendors
- Support integrations between internal business systems where required
- Maintain appropriate backups and data-access controls




- Work closely with HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations and the Technology team
- Report critical IT/security issues to the Technology Lead

What We’re Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in IT/System Administration or a similar role
- Good knowledge of Windows systems, networking and troubleshooting
- Experience managing SaaS platforms and employee access
- Familiarity with Zoho, Keka and Google Workspace is preferred
- Understanding of cybersecurity, access control, backups and device management
- Strong documentation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to independently manage day-to-day IT requirements
