IT Support Coordinator

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage day-to-day IT support activities for all plant users and departments.

Provide first-level troubleshooting and technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and network devices.

Ensure smooth functioning of plant IT infrastructure, including LAN, Wi-Fi, servers, and internet connectivity.

Maintain and monitor IT assets, hardware inventory, and software licenses at the plant level.

Coordinate with corporate IT teams and external vendors for issue resolution and system upgrades.

Support plant-specific applications such as ERP, production systems, attendance systems, and barcode solutions.

Manage user accounts, access rights,



and IT security compliance as per company policies.

Ensure timely resolution of IT tickets and maintain proper documentation of incidents and service requests.

Support data backup processes, antivirus management, and cybersecurity best practices.

Provide IT support for plant operations, meetings, video conferencing, and current system implementations.

Job Location - Mysure Karnataka

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
