We are looking for an experienced Domestic IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end domestic IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and databases.
- Understand technical requirements and identify relevant IT profiles.
- Conduct initial screening and candidate evaluation.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring teams.
- Manage offer negotiation, joining formalities, and candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily/weekly hiring reports.




- Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of positions.

Required Skills
- 36 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment
- Strong experience in IT/Technical hiring
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn
- Good understanding of technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, C++, SQL, Cloud, DevOps, Data, QA, etc.
- Solid sourcing and screening skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Experience handling multiple requirements simultaneously
- Knowledge of the Indian IT recruitment market
