What You'll Do:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles

Drive and deliver on contract hiring mandates

Source, screen, and engage top-tier tech talent

Collaborate closely with hiring managers & account teams

Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure a seamless hiring experience

What Were Looking For:

2-5 years of experience in Technical Recruitment

Hands-on exposure to contract hiring (must-have)

Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, job portals, networks, etc.)

Ability to work in fast-moving, high-volume hiring cycles

Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
