About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented IT Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in technical recruitment and be comfortable managing the hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various IT/technical positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/telephonic interviews.
- Understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Coordinate technical and managerial interviews with hiring teams.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures of open positions.
- Handle salary discussions, offer coordination, and joining follow-ups.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate records, and daily/weekly hiring reports.
- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future requirements.




- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
- Good understanding of IT roles such as Developers, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, Digital Marketing, Business Analysts, etc.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Good understanding of Boolean Search and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and work within hiring timelines.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment tracking.
- Strong ownership, coordination, and candidate management skills.

Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with experience in IT/Software Company recruitment will be preferred.
- Experience handling multiple technical positions simultaneously.
- Immediate or short-notice joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
