Openings: 2 - 1 Fresher & 1 Experienced

Roles & Responsibilities

- Source candidates through Naukri, Foundit, LinkedIn & other portals
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on requirements
- Conduct initial candidate calls and profile discussions
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
- Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
- Coordinate with clients/hiring teams on requirements
- Follow up with selected candidates until onboarding/joining
- Work towards timely closures of open requirements

Fresher Recruiter

- Any UG/PG degree
- Minimum 2 months recruitment internship experience




- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition

Experienced Recruiter

- Any UG/PG degree
- Minimum 1 year recruitment experience
- IT / Non-IT recruitment experience accepted
- Hands-on sourcing and candidate screening experience
