Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with strong expertise in Domestic IT Recruitment, particularly in sourcing candidates for engineering roles and niche IT positions.

The candidate must have strong hands-on experience with Naukri.com and Naukri Resdex, including advanced resume database searches, Boolean searches, keyword searches, and extensive candidate sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end Domestic IT Recruitment for technical and engineering positions.
- Recruit across all types of Engineering/Technical roles and niche IT roles.
- Source candidates extensively through Naukri.com, Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other relevant platforms.
- Use Boolean Search, advanced keyword searches, filters, and search strings to identify relevant candidates.
- Handle sourcing for niche and hard-to-fill IT positions.
- Conduct extensive candidate calling, screening, and initial qualification.
- Source both active and passive candidates through headhunting and direct sourcing.
- Understand technical job requirements and identify candidates with the right technical background.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-up with candidates.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely submission of quality profiles.




- Negotiate compensation and support candidates through the offer and joining process.
- Achieve recruitment targets and drive positions through successful closure.

Mandatory Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with Naukri.com and Naukri Resdex.
- Strong experience with Naukri Resume Database/Resdex searches.
- Mandatory experience recruiting for a wide range of Engineering/Technical roles.
- Mandatory experience handling niche and hard-to-find IT roles.
- Strong knowledge of Boolean Search and advanced keyword searches.
- Robust sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and Indeed.
- Excellent candidate screening, communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple technical requirements simultaneously.
- Strong target-oriented approach with a proven ability to close positions.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate should be a strong hands-on technical recruiter, not just a coordination-focused recruiter.

You should be comfortable searching for candidates for all types of engineering/technical positions as well as niche IT roles, using Naukri/Resdex as a primary sourcing platform.

Naukri + Naukri Resdex search experience is mandatory.

Engineering/Technical recruitment experience is mandatory.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
