Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers to close positions within defined timelines.

The ideal candidate should understand IT job requirements, possess strong sourcing and communication skills, and be capable of identifying qualified candidates across multiple technology domains.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding job requirements to candidate onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases and other recruitment channels.
- Recruit for technical roles such as Software Developers, Java Developers, Python Developers, Full-Stack Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Data Engineers, AI/ML Engineers and other IT professionals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments based on technical skills, experience, communication and role suitability.




- Coordinate technical interviews, client interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain an active candidate pipeline and ensure timely submission of relevant profiles to clients.
- Discuss compensation expectations, notice periods, availability and other employment details with candidates.
- Follow up on interview feedback, offer rollouts, offer acceptance and joining confirmations.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers and applicant tracking system (ATS) updates.
- Build and maintain a strong network of qualified IT professionals for current and future requirements.
- Meet recruitment targets, turnaround times and placement-related performance metrics.
- Ensure a professional candidate experience and maintain confidentiality throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or any relevant discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical talent acquisition preferred.
- Understanding of IT technologies, technical job descriptions and industry terminology.
- Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing and candidate database management.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.




- Ability to manage multiple job openings and recruitment priorities simultaneously.
- Good follow-up, coordination, documentation and time-management skills.
- Target-oriented approach with a focus on quality hiring and timely closures.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in IT staffing, recruitment consultancy or client-based hiring.
- Exposure to contract, permanent and contract-to-hire recruitment.
- Experience recruiting for Indian and international clients, particularly the UAE/GCC market.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms, Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.

- Number of qualified candidates sourced and screened.
- Number of relevant profiles submitted to clients.
- Interview scheduling and attendance rate.
- Position closure rate and time-to-fill.
- Offer-to-joining conversion rate.
