Manage daily technical support and IT infrastructure

Install, configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, access points and LAN/WAN

Monitor network performance and keep uptime high

Handle escalations and coordinate with vendors

Lead the technical support team and ensure SLA adherence

Who we want

5+ years in technical support / network support / IT infrastructure

Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN and Wi-Fi

Basic network security and firewall understanding

CCNA / Network+ is an added advantage

Team management and troubleshooting skills

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
