IT Infrastructure / IT Support – Key Responsibilities

1-Provide L1/L2 technical support to employees for hardware, software, network and system issues.

2.Troubleshoot Windows laptops, printers, scanners and peripherals.

Support LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, access points, VPN and internet connectivity issues.

3.Monitor and troubleshoot network performance and connectivity.

4.Support Microsoft Teams, Outlook, other applications.

Handle IT tickets, incidents and service requests and ensure timely closure within SLA.

5.Perform laptop deployment, configuration, OS installation and troubleshooting.

6.Maintain and update IT asset inventory including laptops, network devices and accessories.

7.Coordinate with vendors, ISPs and OEM support teams for hardware/network-related issues.

8.Assist with switch, firewall, Wi-Fi and network device troubleshooting.

9.Perform regular preventive maintenance and health checks of IT infrastructure.

10.Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, asset records and troubleshooting guides.





11.Support current employee onboarding and user offboarding, including system and access provisioning.

12.Follow IT security policies, network backup procedures and organizational standards.

13.Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate Infra/Network/Security teams.

14.Provide on-site support for meeting rooms, video conferencing, printers and other office IT equipment.

15.Participate in IT projects, infrastructure upgrades and system implementations.

16.Prepare daily/weekly support and infrastructure status reports.

Ensure proper handover and shift support for ongoing incidents and critical issues.
