Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled IT Hardware Engineer to manage, maintain, troubleshoot, and support computer hardware, networking equipment, peripherals, and IT infrastructure across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

· Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and other IT peripherals.

· Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.

· Install and configure Windows operating systems and required applications.

· Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers and basic network connectivity issues.

· Perform hardware upgrades, replacements and preventive maintenance.

· Maintain IT asset inventory and hardware records.

· Provide onsite/remote technical support to employees.

· Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, AMC and replacements.

· Ensure proper backup and security practices for IT devices.





· Maintain helpdesk/service tickets and prepare regular IT support reports.

· Support CCTV, biometric/access-control systems and other office IT infrastructure where required.

Required Skills

· Strong knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.

· Valuable understanding of Windows OS.

· Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.

· Experience with printers, scanners and networking devices.

· Knowledge of Active Directory/Microsoft 365 is an advantage.

· Good problem-solving and communication skills.

· Ability to handle multiple support requests and work under deadlines.

Qualification

· Diploma/B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. in IT, Computer Science, Electronics or a related field.

· Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+ or Microsoft certifications are an advantage.

Salary: depending on experience and skills.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,860,000.00 per year
