Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, systems and other IT equipment.

- Install, configure and maintain operating systems, software and applications.

- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and system-related issues.

- Support LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, printers, peripherals and basic network infrastructure.

- Monitor system performance and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.

- Maintain IT assets, user accounts, system records and technical documentation.

- Assist with backups, system updates, antivirus and basic IT security activities.

- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for technical requirements.

- Follow company IT policies, security procedures and documentation standards.

- Support current projects, testing,



installation and implementation activities as required.

- Required Skills

- Good knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems and basic networking.

- Basic understanding of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, DNS and DHCP.

- Knowledge of Windows and basic Linux concepts is an advantage.

- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to learn new technologies and work effectively in a team

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
