Key Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support for Windows and macOS systems, networks and hardware.
- Maintain computer labs, server room, EPABX and PAS systems.
- Manage IT inventory, security software and firewall.
- Handle reprographic centre operations and consumables.
- Coordinate IT-related AMC and vendor services.
- Manage Google Workspace, CUG connections and other online applications.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software and networking issues.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in IT/Computer Science or related field.
- Experience in computer networking and IT support.
- Valuable knowledge of Windows, macOS and basic software.
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
