Job Title: IT Executive

Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and skilled IT Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing our computer systems, maintaining hardware and software, troubleshooting network issues, and providing technical support to staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- System Maintenance & Support: Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, routers, and software applications.
- Network & Security Management: Monitor local network (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi), troubleshoot connectivity issues, and maintain system security (antivirus, firewall updates, data backups).
- Technical Troubleshooting: Provide timely technical support to employees, resolving hardware, software, and internet issues.
- Asset & Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of IT hardware, software licenses, subscriptions, and equipment maintenance.
- User & Access Management: Create, update, and manage employee user accounts, email IDs, and access permissions in line with company policies.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers for hardware repairs or system upgrades.

Education & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree: B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science/IT, BCA, or B.Sc in Information Technology/Computer Science.
- Certifications (Preferred): CompTIA A+, CCNA,



or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA).

Key Skills & Experience:

- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience as an IT Support Executive or Systems Administrator.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows/Mac OS, networking fundamentals, and office productivity tools (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
- Good communication skills and a problem-solving attitude.
