Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT & ERP Manager to oversee the organization’s IT infrastructure, ERP operations, business applications, data systems, and technology initiatives. The role will be responsible for ensuring reliable IT operations, effective ERP utilization, data security, process automation, and technology-driven business improvement.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in IT management and ERP administration, along with the ability to work closely with business teams, technology vendors, and senior management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the IT and ERP function, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and timely technical support.
- Administer and optimize Highrise ERP across Projects, Sales, CRM, Purchase, Stores, Finance, and Accounts.
- Manage ERP workflows, user access, data accuracy, automation, reporting, and system integrations.
- Coordinate with ERP and software vendors for customization, upgrades, integrations, troubleshooting, and service-level management.
- Oversee IT infrastructure, networking, hardware, software, cloud applications, and IT assets.
- Manage and support Google Workspace, mobile and web applications, CCTV, biometric systems, and other business technology platforms.
- Implement and maintain appropriate cybersecurity measures, data backup procedures, access controls, and disaster recovery processes.
- Develop MIS reports, dashboards, automated reports, and analytics to support management decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for process automation, digital transformation,



and the practical adoption of AI technologies.
- Evaluate and recommend relevant technologies, including AI, RPA, Cloud, IoT, and Analytics, based on business requirements.
- Develop and maintain IT and ERP SOPs, policies, documentation, and security controls.
- Conduct user training and promote effective adoption of ERP and other business applications.
- Monitor system performance, reliability, scalability, and security to ensure technology solutions meet business requirements.
- Work with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and implement suitable technology solutions.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 10 years of relevant experience in IT management, ERP administration, or a similar technology leadership role.
- Hands-on experience managing ERP systems and business applications.
- Experience coordinating with technology/software vendors.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, data backup, and access management.
- Experience with MIS, dashboards, reporting, automation, and business analytics.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, coordination, and team-management skills.
