Key Responsibilities

- Ingest client data including plates, assets, and references into the studio pipeline.

- Organize and manage file structures as per studio naming conventions.

- Convert file formats and prepare assets for different departments.

- Publish final outputs and ensure correct versioning.

- Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing data.

- Coordinate with Production, Compositing, Lighting, and FX teams for data requirements.

- Handle data transfers via FTP, Aspera, or other secure file transfer systems.

- Maintain backup and archive systems.

- Track and log deliveries accurately.

- Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to file corruption or data mismatch.

- Basic understanding of VFX & CGI production pipeline.

- Familiarity with Linux/Windows file systems.

- Basic knowledge of Nuke, Maya, or other 3D/VFX software.

- Robust organizational and file management skills.

- Attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work in shifts (if required).
