Role Overview

This role is centered on the M&A; and fundraising lifecycle. Ideal candidate would be responsible for Industry research, business analysis, investors connect and learning transaction flows along with the team.

Key Requirements

- Experience: 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in a similar profile (consulting firms/transaction advisory).

- Qualifications: MBA, CFA, or equivalent.

Core Competencies Required:

- Transaction Documents: Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and creating transaction collaterals (Pitch Decks, Information Memorandums, Teasers).

- Market/Sector Research: Should be capable of deep research into various verticals and analyzing business trends/investment cycles and future prospects

Skill Set:

- Robust analytical capabilities, project management, and excellent communication skills.

- Investor Outreach: Should be able to identify and connect with relevant investors, PEs, VCs, Strategic and Family Offices for ongoing transactions.
