Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders, investors, and corporate clients.

- Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence for potential transactions.

- Drive deal structuring, negotiations, and end-to-end execution.

- Provide strategic insights and market intelligence to support investment decisions.

Requirements:

- 12+ years of experience in M&A;, Private Equity, or Investment Banking with a robust focus on particular sector of consumer or Industrial or Healthcare

- Proven track record of successfully closing deals in the sector.

- Strong financial analysis, valuation, and negotiation skills.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
